How does Shape work?

Shape is a photo-based, location-driven social app.

You can:

• post photos around you (1 or 2 at a time),
• browse posts from people nearby (Explore mode),
• follow friends and see their posts (Followers),
• send photos directly to mutual friends (Friends).

All posts disappear after 24 hours.

1. I can’t upload a photo – what should I do?

Make sure the app has access to your camera and photos.

Go to Settings > Shape > Camera.

2. Why can’t I see any posts?

If you’re in a new location, maybe no one has posted there yet! Try inviting some friends or upload something yourself.

3. Google/Facebook login isn’t working

Sometimes Apple blocks external logins in test versions. Try again or contact us (see below).

4. How do I report a bug?
